Hydrogen generation by methanol decomposition was developed in the last two decades. This technology features low cost, simple user friendly operation and very easy maintenance · – Methanol is converted to CO and H2 with the action of the catalyst; · – CO and H2O are converted to CO2 and H2 with the action of the catalyst; · – CO2 and trace CO are separated from the decomposed gases by PSA technology, and high purity of H2 is generated. |
